Summer’s here, in the UK and the rest of the northern hemisphere, and temperatures are heating up.

Staying cool in a kayak is pretty easy, but doing so without spilling your beverage is a totally different ball game.

This video, recorded during a Colorado River kayaking trip, was posted on YouTube by paddler Scott Conner. It shows his friend, Pyper Dixon, throwing a ‘beer roll’ to cool off without spilling his beer.

Uploaded back in 2010, the video is Conner’s most watched video, with over 67,000 views. And, that number is still growing—one viewer recently commented:
